Sambal College of Education has a well-stocked and resourceful library that supports the academic and research needs of students. The library functions from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and provides a peaceful study environment. Students are expected to maintain discipline, silence, and proper conduct at all times. Mobile phones, bags, and personal belongings are not allowed inside the library. Books are issued and returned as per scheduled timings, and all borrowed materials must be handled with care and returned within the stipulated period. Reference books, journals, newspapers, magazines, and academic resources are available for in-library use only. Any loss or damage to library materials must be compensated by the concerned student.

The college regularly organizes cultural and co-curricular activities such as fresher’s welcome, traditional celebrations, youth festivals, FAGOTSAV science exhibitions, and various academic-cultural events. These activities help students develop creativity, confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
